實驗室簡介

長庚大學動作科學暨輔助科技研究室於2009年,由鄭智修老師負責規劃成立。宗旨為培育國內有志於動作評估技術發展與醫療輔具設計之專業研究人才。實驗室之研究主軸在於利用各種動作分析技術,取得不同研究目標族群的動作特徵,據以發展可協助其功能性動作並促進健康之創新輔助科技器材。

實驗室設備

驗室設備部分主要應用超音波動作擷取系統、主動式光學動作擷取系統、測力板、肌肉張力儀、及無線式肌電圖等技術分析一般功能性動作問題。為了了解人體在受到無預期外力干擾下的動作表現,本實驗室特別開發一套人體姿勢干擾及平衡控制評估平台,探討動作的前饋及反饋機制。另外亦開發了可攜式頭部、及可攜式下肢動作分析系統,以解決一般臨床診間中空間不足、不易精確評估患者動作功能之問題。針對臨床評估的結果,則開發了各式科技輔具以協助各種動作問題的患者,包含上肢固定輔具、下肢行走輔具、坐站輔具、可攜式頸部運動訓練系統、銀髮族智慧健康檢測系統、及混合實境動作功能評估系統等。

 

研究方向

目前主要研究對象含蓋了健康族群、慢性頸痛患者、脊髓神經病變患者、以及銀髮族群等。而針對這些族群的動作特徵,實驗室亦發展了一系列動作評估方式,包括肌群協同控制指標、平衡控制能力分析、頭頸運動覺敏銳度分析、上下肢功能性動作評估、衰弱指標、及肌少症動作功能分析等。另外也透過跟廠商進行產學合作,不斷交流研究,協助廠商針對臨床空需發展具市場價值之醫療產品。另外與國內的醫院單位,包含台大醫院、林口長庚醫院、長庚桃園分院、彰化基督教醫院等進行密切臨床合作,針對臨床患者問題發展適合的運動訓練策略。期待能將實驗室的研究能量、轉化更多實際應用到解決國民健康問題,達成促進全民健康與提升人民生活品質的目標。
